Shipping cost is $10 for the first wig and $3 for every additional wig, shipped within the US. If you require shipment outside of the contiguous United States, we will e-mail you with the shipping charges PRIOR to shipping your merchandise for your approval.


We are confident you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

However, please note that pictures used are of wigs that have been professionally styled by the manufacturer to give you an idea how the wig can look with the proper styling. Be sure of the wig cap make, hair texture and length as well as price of the different wigs when making your order. Do not let simply the wig style on the picture be your only deciding factor.

If you are not satisfied you may return your wig within 3 days of receiving your merchandise (as verified by the delivery date from the freight carrier) if it has not yet been WORN, COMBED, BRUSHED, STYLED, WASHED, CUT or altered in any way, by sending an email to us at stating the reason for return and call us immediately as well at 617.413.7833.
Upon verification that the item is undamaged and unused, your account will be credited for the full amount of your purchase less a restocking fee of $15 per wig. We find it necessary to charge a restocking fee to cover our costs, since we try to keep our prices as low as possible.

Wigs that are tangled or have been cut or styled cannot be returned. Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence or wigs that have been washed and styled or tags removed cannot be accepted. The original labels and tags must be intact and the wig should be in resalable condition.

Wigs that are ordered with a custom sized cap, or pre-styled are NON-RETURNABLE, as are custom wigs. However, if there is a problem with the fit of your custom cap, contact us and we will be happy to adjust it for you.

Return shipping cost is customer responsibility. When shipping wigs back to us, please make sure you insure the package for the full cost of the wigs enclosed.


Massachusetts customers will be charged sales tax, which is currently 5%.


Our Internet prices are MUCH lower then any in-store/salon price. However, Internet prices do not reflect the cost of personal consultation and styling you may expect at a salon. Styling options are available at additional cost – please call for further details.

If you would like to try on the wigs before you pay, you can have your wigs shipped to our home office in Sharon, Massachusetts. You will only be responsible for the shipping charge ($10 for the first wig and $3 for every additional wig) and not the cost of the wig(s). You are welcome to take advantage of this personal consultation and try-on-before-you-pay service – FREE* of charge for the 45 minute appointment.

The sales of the try-on-before-you-pay items are FINAL and are NOT RETURNABLE.

There will be no restocking fee charged for the try-on-before-you-pay service. However, in the event you decide not to purchase anything from NaturalWigs within 60 days of your appointment, a $30 fee will apply for the appointment (we trust that seems reasonable enough) .
